These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the LM Beauty website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

LM Beauty sells cosmetic products intended for external use only.

All products must be used according to the instructions provided. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

An agreement is formed once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed.

LM Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed via the available payment methods on the website.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from within the EU.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. LM Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

Customers may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

LM Beauty is not liable for:

• Incorrect use of products
• Failure to follow instructions
• Individual reactions or sensitivities

Customers are responsible for performing a patch test before use.

All content on this website, including branding, images, and text, is the property of LM Beauty and may not be used without permission.

These Terms are governed by Dutch and EU law.

Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands or the country of the consumer.
