General Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of:

How to Return an Item
To request a return, please email us with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Please ensure:
- The item is securely packaged
- The product remains unopened and undamaged
- A trackable shipping method is used
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
If a returned item is found to be used or opened, the refund may be declined.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived, please contact us.
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide a solution if needed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
